QPS is looking for a Director of Skilled Sales! This person will responsible for driving growth, revenue, and market expansion within the Skilled Division. This role provides strategic direction and leadership to a team of sales professionals, ensuring execution of sales initiatives, business development goals, and client retention strategies. The Director collaborates cross-functionally with operations, marketing, and leadership teams to position the organization as a preferred provider of skilled talent solutions.
What You'll be Doing:
*Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve division revenue, profitability, and market share objectives.
*Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing team of sales leaders and account executives.
*Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and emerging markets to expand the Skilled Division's footprint.
*Collaborate with marketing to create effective sales campaigns, presentations, and promotional strategies.
*Analyze market trends and competitor data to adapt sales tactics and maintain a competitive advantage.
*Partner with operations leadership to ensure seamless client onboarding, fulfillment, and satisfaction.
*Build and maintain relationships with key clients, ensuring consistent service excellence and contract renewals.
*Establish performance metrics, monitor results, and provide regular reporting to executive leadership.
*Develop and manage the division's sales budget and forecasts.
*Champion a culture of accountability, integrity, and continuous improvement within the sales organization.
What we Look For:
*Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Master's preferred).
*7+ years of progressive sales leadership experience, preferably within staffing, skilled trades, or workforce solutions.
*Proven ability to lead and develop teams to exceed sales targets.
*Strong business acumen with expertise in strategic planning and market development.
*Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
*Proficient in CRM tools, data analytics, and performance tracking.
*Ability to travel as needed to support clients and field teams.
