SCM Capex Project Engineer

In this role, you'll drive strategic capital investment projects, collaborate across departments, and help optimize operations through innovation and smart planning.

How you'll make an impact

• Lead and support SCM CAPEX processes across North America.

• Ensure capital investments align with budget and strategic goals.

• Manage investment approvals and business case development.

• Collaborate with suppliers and internal experts to ensure quality and safety.

• Drive regional and factory-level CAPEX projects to completion.

• Develop and maintain tools for spend tracking and forecasting.

• Promote standardization across factories and teams.

• Stay ahead of industry trends and foster innovation.

Your background

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, manufacturing, or related field.

• 2+ years of experience in process engineering or CAPEX in manufacturing.

• Strong project management and analytical skills.

• Proficiency in Excel and digital technologies.

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
