TEKsystems is looking to hire a Mortgage Support Associate to work with on of the largest, rapidly growing banks in the Midwest. This team supports a team of Mortgage Loan Officers reaching out to leads and current customers. * Pay: $20.00/hour * Shift: 8:00AM-5:00PM (M-F) * Office is located in N. Columbus Job Details: * This department will be tasked with calling mortgage customers who have an adjustable rate coming up in the next 210 days. * Build a warm and effective rapport with clients and bank's internal partners. * Provide detailed information on specific accounts and adjustable loan rates, with the goal of gaining interest from the borrower to speak to a Loan Officer. * Transfer potential customers to Loan Officers for the purpose of obtaining an applicate with the end goal of a funded loan. * Leave voicemails for those who do not answer, will be making 100+ phone calls per day. Skills/Qualifications: * Recent business degree (business, finance, sales, etc.) preferred, not required * Customer service oriented/professional written and verbal communication skills * Comfortability making outbound phone calls * Proficient in Microsoft Excel * High School Diploma Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr.
