Candidates can sit in our USDC in Charlotte or Irving This group supports Cards so projects will be around products, features, strategy, enhancements, and transactions. This is a mid-level role looking for a Financial Project Manager with 5-7 years of experience of end to end SDLC management. This role will face mostly with the Line of Business as they help to close the gap between small business digital projects and online banking. This individual must be willing to jump in and do what it takes to get the work completed. Budget Management and Project documentation are very important for this role. There is a couple of large projects in pipeline for 2025 around small business cards nd the smaller projects that will need support. This person will be coming in to support smaller projects within $1-$3 range with end to end management as well as financial management. Projects may lay within Consumer Credit Card, or Small Business projects. The team is currently transitioning into Agile, so they must be comfortable working within an Agile AND Waterfall environment. They are unable to promise timely Agile training for anyone who is not experienced with Agile methodology.
