Job Title: Healthcare Customer Service Representative Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated Healthcare Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role involves managing prescriptions, reviewing medical records and policies, and handling claims within a dynamic and growing healthcare environment. Responsibilities * Input prescriptions into Salesforce, managing approximately 30-35 entries per day. * Review medical records of patients and prescriptions to ensure accuracy and compliance. * Evaluate medical policies and records for insurance companies to ensure adherence to regulations. * Follow up on any missing information or discrepancies found within records. * Communicate with providers or doctors to obtain necessary follow-up information. * Manage appeals and denials within claims, ensuring timely and effective resolution. Essential Skills * Proven experience in a healthcare customer service role. * Experience handling appeals or denials on the provider side. * Familiarity with Explanation of Benefits (EOB) and claims within healthcare. Additional Skills & Qualifications * Experience with medical records and claims management. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Beachwood, Ohio. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
