Job Summary

The Manager, Accounting & Financial Reporting, plays a key leadership role in driving the company's global consolidation, financial reporting, and corporate accounting processes. This position ensures accurate and timely consolidated financial results, compliance with U.S. GAAP and SOX requirements, and partners cross-functionally on key strategic and system initiatives. The ideal candidate is a technically strong, detail-oriented finance professional with a passion for process improvement and collaboration across global teams.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead the global consolidation and financial reporting process, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and full compliance with U.S. GAAP, internal policies, and SOX control standards.
  • Oversee all aspects of intercompany accounting, including reconciliations, eliminations, and resolution of mismatches across global subsidiaries.
  • Support the preparation and review of external financial reports (Form 10-Qs, Form 10-Ks), including the development of required SEC disclosures.
  • Research and analyze technical accounting matters, providing recommendations and documentation as needed.
  • Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance the accuracy, speed, and efficiency of consolidation and reporting workflows.
  • Partner with business unit finance teams to provide training, guidance, and oversight on consolidation and reporting requirements.
  • Collaborate across Finance, IT, and Operations to support strategic projects, including system implementations, upgrades, acquisitions, and integrations.
  • Work effectively with professionals at all levels of the organization, including senior management and global finance leaders.

Education Requirements
Bachelor's Degree Required
Education Specifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting is required.
  • CPA credentials required.

Experience Requirements

  • 7+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience (industry and/or Big Four public accounting), with direct experience in global consolidation and financial reporting.
  • Strong technical knowledge of U.S. GAAP, intercompany accounting, and SEC reporting.
  • Hands-on experience with financial consolidation systems (e.g., SAP BPC, OneStream, HFM, or equivalent).
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated success leading process improvement or system enhancement initiatives.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to partner across functions and geographies.

The pay range shown represents the national average pay range for this role. Your pay may be more or less than the stated range and is dependent on your geographic location and level of experience.
