Symetra is seeking a Technical Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team! About the role In this role, you'll own the full-cycle recruitment process for technical positions across engineering, data, and IT. You'll partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, develop and execute sourcing strategies, manage interview logistics, advise on candidate engagement, and oversee the offer and onboarding process. Compensation Salary Range: $70,600 - $117,600 plus eligibility for annual bonus program Who You Are
