The Senior Demand Generation Marketing Manager, Enterprise is responsible for developing and executing targeted omni-channel campaigns to drive new opportunities for our Enterprise sales team, deepen our relationship with existing accounts, and increase brand presence for the business, with a strong focus on Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Strategies tailored to complex enterprise sales cycles. This is an individual contributor role with high visibility, ideal for someone who thrives on measurable impact, cross-functional collaboration, and creative problem-solving. The Demand Generation Marketing Manager, Enterprise reports directly to the Director, Demand Generation and is instrumental in the success of eMoney's marketing and revenue objectives.
Job Responsibilities
- Work with Director, Demand Generation to define the strategy and drive new opportunities for our Enterprise sales team with a strong focus on Account Based Marketing.
- Lead the execution of high-touch ABM campaigns for eMoney's enterprise vertical, targeting firm decision makers.
- Manage multi-channel campaigns across email, digital advertising, webinars, and events to engage target accounts and key buyer personas.
- Develop and implement lead generation programs through inbound and outbound marketing activities to support new logo sales.
- Commit to understanding the key differences in the clients we serve, the challenges they face, and the value eMoney's solutions and services bring to their business and develop and implement upsell campaigns in identified accounts with whitespace opportunity to support expansion goals.
- Work closely with Product Marketing to ensure messaging aligns with product positioning and addresses customer pain points.
- Work closely with the Events Marketing team to develop our tradeshow and hosted event strategy, supporting face-to-face engagement with target accounts.
- Work closely with content marketing team to lead and ideate effective content topics and types that will support an omni-channel marketing strategy
- Utilize ABM platform and marketing automation tools to orchestrate and measure campaigns.
- Analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to optimize engagement and conversion rates.
- Responsible for submitting campaign briefs that are organized, comprehensive, and delivered on time.
- Leverage research, consumer insights, and market trends to inform product positioning and marketing efforts, ensuring an understanding of our constantly evolving industry and eMoney's position within it.
- Follow relevant marketing and demand generation trends and integrate best practices across channels and processes.
Requirements
- BA/BS degree in Marketing, Communications or related field preferred
- 8+ years of marketing experience in demand generation and campaign management, with at least 2 years of ABM experience supporting enterprise sales teams.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful ABM campaigns that drive pipeline and revenue in partnership with sales.
- Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM systems

The salary range for this position is $125,0000 - $152,000; commensurate salary to be determined based on skills, professional background and expertise. This position is also eligible, pursuant to applicable eMoney policies, for the annual bonus program, retirement contributions, health insurance, sick leave, parental leave and paid time off.
