The Opportunity: We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented professional to serve as the Assistant Director of Gift Services. This role is essential in ensuring that gifts are recorded accurately, donor intent is honored, and our philanthropic efforts are supported by efficient, reliable systems and processes. As a leader, the Assistant Director oversees daily operations of the Gift Services team, optimizes business processes, and maintains compliance with institutional, legal, and regulatory standards. This position requires a balance of operational oversight, technical expertise, and team leadership. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree and 2+ years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience pursuant to Fla. Stat. 112.219(6). Preferred Qualifications:
