Overview
The Reentry Care Coordination Data Analyst and Administrative Support position provides critical operational and analytical support to the statewide reentry care coordination program. This role is responsible for managing data systems, compiling performance reports, supporting quality improvement efforts, and assisting with scheduling, documentation, and coordination across care teams and partner agencies. The role ensures that program activities are documented, measured, and aligned with state and federal reporting requirements. This position, Reentry Care Coordination Data Analyst and Administrative Support (Job Requisition #53459), is open to all State employees and external applicants. AHS BACKGROUND CHECKS: Candidates must pass any level of background investigation applicable to the position. In accordance with AHS Policy 4.02, Hiring Standards, Vermont and/or national criminal record checks, as well as DMV and adult and child abuse registry checks, as appropriate to the position under recruitment, will be conducted on candidates, with the exception of those who are current classified state employees seeking transfer, promotion or demotion into an AHS classified position or are persons exercising re-employment (RIF) rights. Duties are performed in a standard office setting. Considerable interaction with Information Technology Section, users, and other department staff is involved Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in public policy, business, computer science or economics AND two (2) years or more of experience in database administration, computer programming, data analysis or technical project management. OR Associate's degree in public policy, business, computer science or economics AND four (4) years or more of experience in database administration, computer programming, data analysis or technical project management. Special Requirements
Familiarity with taxes may be preferred in Tax Department positions. Total Compensation
