As an FMS, you'll play a crucial role in the maintenance and repair of OYA buildings and vehicles, showcasing your skills in various trade areas such as plumbing, carpentry, painting, grounds keeping, welding, and more. But that's not all - this role is about more than just maintenance. You'll also have the opportunity to supervise, instruct, and mentor youth, helping them develop valuable work skills, safety awareness, and a strong work ethic. Your role involves providing regular feedback and evaluations to guide these young individuals on their path to success. If you hold a waste water license and have experience, that's a plus, but we value your ability to work effectively under pressure and your knowledge of maintenance procedures and safety precautions.
