Hotel General Manager - Historic Hotel in Southern Vermont The Latchis Hotel, a historic 30-room boutique hotel located in the heart of downtown Brattleboro, Vt., is seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead daily operations and inspire a dedicated team. This unique property combines limited-service hospitality with distinctive amenities and has recently undergone thoughtful enhancements, including new mattresses and select furnishings. We're looking for a candidate with: - Minimum 3 years of hospitality management experience - Proven leadership and team-building skills - Strong sales and guest service acumen The Hotel General Manager is a key player in the Latchis leadership team and integral to the success of the whole Latchis business and cultural enterprise. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful impact on an important landmark in the heart of a vibrant downtown. We offer a salary in the $58-$62K range.
