Short Description

  • Provides administrative support for AHI Medical Specialties.
  • Responsible for provider schedule management (e.g. Cadence scheduling and/or calendar updates). Assists division manager with provider communication regarding time off and template adjustment requests.
  • Handles reimbursement submissions, provider on and off boarding, and other Institute projects.
  • Collaborates with support departments to ensure provider and division success.
  • Extreme attention to detail necessary and the ability to work independently.
  • Works at location of Institute Division team.

Experience Required

Minimum 3-5 years administrative experience.


Education Requirements

High School Diploma required. Associate's degree preferred.


License/Certification Requirements

  • Excellent organizational skills, oral and written communication skills with strong analytical and follow-through skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize. Must be able to work independently.
  • Computer literate, expert Microsoft Office skills.
  • Knowledge of data management and scheduling systems/software (e.g. Epic Cadence, Insight, and Amion) preferred.
Hourly Rate Min $24
Hourly Rate Max $40
