The Supply Chain organization is seeking a highly motivated and detailed oriented individual to join our team as a Supply Chain Master Data & Project Associate. This position will play a key role in optimizing master data processes and driving critical supply chain projects that directly support operational success.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities

Master Data Management

  • Responsible for the Indianapolis Campus and Carlsbad master data processes aimed to ensure accurate and timely creation and maintenance of master data in the ERP System, in accordance with local and global requirements.
  • Manage complex local master data setups while establishing and maintaining robust processes, guidelines, SLA timelines in alignment with global and local GxP standards and compliance requirements.
  • Develop and implement rigorous processes for monitoring and updating master data to ensure accuracy and improve decision-making.
  • Provide system support and manage documentation for key processes, including returns, rebates, credit/debit notes, and supplier delivery compliance.
  • Ensure daily Material Requirements Planning (MRP) oversight for all Bill of Materials (BOM) to create a comprehensive plan for materials needed in production, ensuring that the right materials are available at the right time and in the right quantities.

Project Ownership

  • Take ownership of cross-functional supply chain projects, driving end-to-end execution- ideation, planning, implementation, and post-launch evaluation-while optimizing utilization and impact.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project timelines, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Track project progress, mitigate risks, and communicate updates to key stakeholders.
  • Ensure data compliance with company policies, regulations, and best practices.

Qualifications:

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or related field required, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in supply chain operations, data management, or project coordinator roles.

Preferred Skills:

  • Proven ability to lead and deliver successful programs and projects in a fast-paced pharmaceutical or regulated environment.
  • Experience with advanced CRM and ERP systems such as D365 or 1QEM preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage a project team of technical, scientific and business associates.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives in complex supply chain environments.
  • Professional project management certification (CAPM, PMP), or the ability to acquire a certification within 18 months is strongly preferred
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills

Salary Range

$77,000.00 - $143,000.00
