Position Summary:

As part of the NDC Science team an intern will gain experience and exposure to the Science & Technology Research process which includes Product development and support as well as method development/optimization on antioxidants solutions for oil stabilization.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Rapid prototyping of liquid beverages with new ingredients
  • Analytical testing of prototype samples
  • Analyze data trends and variation linked to product development challenges
  • Communicate findings and results via internal reports

Requirements:

  • Must be working toward a PhD or Master's degree in Food Science or related Science (at least one semester left after internship)
  • Preferred 3.0 or above cumulative GPA
  • Full-time, paid opportunity
  • Availability - start time is to start in May/June of 2026 for 6 a month duration
  • Sponsorship for work visas are not available for this program
  • Strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

The approximate target compensation range for this role is $25-$28/hr. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location of the position.
