Job Description and Requirements

You Role in Action

  • Support Brand Strategy Execution: Lead and support the implementation of specified brand strategies, ensuring they align with Relativity's brand architecture and overall business goals.

  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Guide Relativity's engagement with legal data intelligence industry leaders-including influencers, industry groups, and partners-as well as internal creative and product marketing teams to bring brand initiatives to life.

  • Drive Campaign Activation: Contribute to the planning and execution of brand campaigns that elevate awareness and perception in the legal data intelligence space.

  • Monitor Campaign Performance: Track and report on brand campaign effectiveness, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

  • Champion Brand Consistency: Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring consistent application of brand voice, visual identity, and storytelling across internal and external channels, and support key stakeholders with brand training, guidance, and hands-on collaboration.

Key Skills

  • 3-5 years of marketing experience with exposure to brand management or strategy within an advertising agency, consulting firm, branding agency, or client-side.

  • Brand Management: Strong understanding of brand positioning, architecture, and identity elements.

  • Brand Development: Learn Relativity's brand value and positioning and apply that knowledge to guide decisions and storytelling.

  • Brand Articulation: Proven ability to translate complex ideas into clear, compelling brand messages that activate diverse audiences.

  • Strategic Planning: Experience aligning brand planning efforts with strategic goals and adapting to evolving market needs.

  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Experience navigating cross-functional dynamics with empathy and clarity, building alignment across both internal and external stakeholders.

  • Marketing Concepts: Proven track record of successfully applying key marketing strategies and tactics to support brand initiatives and campaigns.

  • Attention to Detail: High standards of quality and consistency for brand assets paired with excellent organization and project management skills.

  • Growth Mindset: Embrace feedback, seek learning opportunities, and show initiative in expanding your brand management capabilities.

Relativity is committed to competitive, fair, and equitable compensation practices.

This position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus, and long-term incentives.

The expected salary range for this role is between following values:

$94,000 and $142,000

The final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position.
