TA Specialist II - AAA/The Auto Club Group

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

Serve as a Recruiting Consultant on the Talent Acquisition (TA) team for assigned clients and potential candidates. Handle full-cycle recruiting and sourcing for high-volume call centers and/or entry to mid-level roles with clear job requirements and active candidate pools. Maintain a thorough understanding of assigned business lines to include market trends, staffing needs, job levels, skill sets, and competencies needed for effective operations. Proactively create action plans to achieve goals, with management input. Use standard procedures/practices to solve routine problems/issues. Influence clients on talent decisions regarding recruiting processes. Embrace and effectively navigate organizational changes and operational excellence. When necessary, seek assistance from supervisors or more experienced/higher-level recruiters.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Manage full cycle recruiting process, including sourcing and pipelining candidates, screening, coordination of interviews, processing offer letters, and assisting during the onboarding process
  • Manage a high volume of requisitions for various call center roles (e.g., Customer Service Representatives, Licensed P&C Sales and Service Agents)
  • Serve as an SME, acting as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, offering insights into market trends, talent availability, and best practices to inform hiring decisions
  • Consult with hiring managers to determine strategy and set service-level standards for the recruiting process, while developing and managing effective relationships
  • Manage the offer process from end-to-end with internal stakeholders, including salary analysis and proposal, negotiating, and closing
  • Leverage available data to manage day-to-day operations, inform actions, and influence positive change to reach desired outcomes
  • Consistently develop and maintain candidate pipelines
  • Ensure collaborative, customer-focused relationships with hiring managers and HR Partners
  • Maintain accurate records in the recruitment management system per our processes and workflows to ensure compliance, data integrity, and operational excellence
  • Participate in projects or lead small-scale components of projects
  • Maintain ongoing industry knowledge and commitment to continuous learning and professional development within the TA field. Enhance competencies and experience necessary to continue professional development within this field
  • Stay informed of industry trends, best practices in high-volume recruitment, and employment law compliance.

Total Compensation Overview:

The Talent Acquisition Specialist II will earn a competitive salary of $58,00 to $76,000 annually with an annual bonus potential based on performance.

Required Qualifications

Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

Experience:

  • Two years of experience working in Talent Acquisition with exposure to the full cycle recruiting process

Knowledge of:

  • EEO Guidelines
  • State and Federal selection and hiring regulations
  • Effective recruiting techniques
  • Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Talent Acquisition (TA) best practices, procedures, and market trends

Skills:

  • Demonstrate strong organization and planning capabilities with a focus on detail-oriented execution
  • Effective time management and decision-making abilities in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to build and maintain strong internal relationships, influence, and drive collaboration and alignment
  • Proven ability to consult and influence as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and stakeholders
  • Effective communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills across your stakeholders
  • Comfortable using data to inform recruiting activity, support hiring decisions, and manage your day-to-day operations

Preferred Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or related field

Experience:

  • Workday ATS experience with tracking, reporting, and managing candidates, HR Certifications: SHRM-CP, PHR
  • 2-5 years of full life-cycle recruiting experience, with a significant portion dedicated to call center recruitment
