Overview

Jackson and Coker is a top healthcare staffing firm with nationwide reach, specializing in locum tenens (temporary staffing), locums-to-permanent and telehealth staffing. We work with healthcare organizations big and small to find the right physicians and advanced practitioners to provide quality patient care.

The Corporate Travel Agent works with the customer care team, the recruiting team and healthcare providers to arrange for air, car and hotel accommodations to provide white glove service to ensure the traveling healthcare provider's travel experience is seamless and enjoyable. The travel agent also works with leadership to arrange for travel for internal employee travel.

Additional Details:

• Use GDS system to book travel.

• Assist in making professional accurate travel arrangements for our doctors, including air, car and hotel.

• Work as a team member and assist other agents as needed.

• Provide solutions to travel related problems clients may experience.

• Build and maintain strong working relationships.

Requirements:

• Extensive Worldspan skills.

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• High attention to detail.

• Good interpersonal and public relations skills.

• Strong customer service and administrative support skills, coupled with a strong sense of urgency.

• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.

• Able to work well independently (self-motivated) as well as in a team environment.
