We are looking for a thoughtful, talented, and experienced Industry Product Marketing Manager to join our team.

This product marketer will drive awareness of how Salesforce helps our customers succeed, transform their businesses, and reimagine their industries. Working closely with Product GMs, Product Managers, and our Sales organization, you will shape the comprehensive go-to-market plan by providing the north star on positioning, messaging, narrative, and compelling supporting content. You'll bring a unique blend of product marketing expertise, solution acumen, and a drive for getting things done.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Creating and delivering a compelling industry-level narrative that drives awareness, adoption, and inspires the market

  • Partnering across teams to develop cohesive go-to-market plans and launches for Salesforce Industry Cloud products

  • Executing core product marketing activities, including messaging, positioning, pricing/packaging input, launch planning, and release communications

  • Crafting a positioning strategy and broader narrative that articulates the vision for our Industry Clouds

  • Supporting product launch plans to ensure effective demand generation, sales enablement, and ongoing market relevance

  • Translating product functionality into clear, differentiated customer value propositions and product marketing messages

  • Driving the creation of engaging sales content and product demonstrations for use in keynotes, videos, and customer engagements

  • Developing effective sales training and enablement materials to make it easy for sales to understand our offerings and positioning

  • Partnering with specialist marketing teams to deliver thought leadership, campaigns, content, webinars, SEO, and digital experiences to build pipeline

  • Collaborating with the Strategic Events team to bring stories, demos, and customer success to life on stage and at industry events

  • Engaging with Analyst and Press Relations teams to drive thought leadership and maintain competitive relevance

  • Driving a robust communications plan to align stakeholders inside and outside of marketing around your programs

Position Requirements:

  • Team-oriented, innovative, and experienced product marketing professional

  • Equivalent of 5+ years of product marketing or related experience (SaaS experience a strong plus)

  • Proven ability to translate market needs into product positioning, messaging, and GTM strategy

  • Experience launching new products globally and scaling them into mature businesses

  • Strong track record of setting and executing effective marketing strategies while navigating ambiguity and competing priorities

  • Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills, including executive-level presentation experience

  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams and build strong stakeholder relationships

  • Experience with the customer engagement lifecycle and Salesforce CRM applications a plus

  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decisions and measure success

  • Ability to craft compelling positioning, content, and thought leadership

  • Exceptional team player with proven ability to lead through influence

For Washington-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $127,200 to $174,900. For Illinois based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $127,200 to $174,900.
