Job Title: Workforce Development Technical Associate Job Overview: Key Responsibilities: Maintain platform health, perform regular data quality checks, and manage data operations (imports, exports, updates) Build and maintain flows, automation, reports, dashboards, and scalable processes that simplify data collection and reporting Design and develop Tableau dashboards that visualize program impact, participant engagement, and outcomes for leadership and external stakeholders Collaborate with data management stakeholders to define data requirements, ensure consistency, and support data governance across systems Work closely with the Lead Engineer to evaluate, improve, and scale the technical architecture of the workforce development program Drive the identification and implementation of agentic, accessibility-centered solutions across the Office of Accessibility. Analyze departmental workflows and identify areas for automation and improvement to enhance program efficiency Collaborate with contractors to maintain the Office of Accessibility website, integrating the Workforce Navigators Salesforce API, program stories, resources, and digital assets Forge internal partnerships across Salesforce to expand awareness and engagement with the program Cultivate external relationships with accessibility and workforce leaders to strengthen program impact Align technical implementation with accessibility best practices and inclusive design principles Required Skills & Qualifications: Demonstrated experience customizing Salesforce for data collection, automation, and user engagement Strong working knowledge of Salesforce administration skills Experience building and managing Tableau dashboards for reporting and analysis Ability to collaborate with data stakeholders on data modeling, governance, and reporting strategy Familiarity with APIs, system integration, and multi-platform environments Experience project managing Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills Professional or lived experience with disability inclusion and digital accessibility Passion for equity, workforce development, and creating access through technology Unleash Your Potential When you join Salesforce, you'll be limitless in all areas of your life.
