USESI is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Credit Associate to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage collections of due and past due accounts from a portfolio of customers.
• Set up and maintain customer accounts, including job accounts and preliminary lien notices.
• Draft lien waivers and customer correspondence, and document collection activities thoroughly.
• Reconcile payments, credits, customer disputes, and discrepancies between invoices and statements.
• Collaborate with Branch Managers, Sales, and the Regional Credit Manager to resolve issues and support customer satisfaction.
• Ensure customer compliance with credit policies, standard terms, and lien/bond rights.
• Maintain detailed records of disputes and statuses, and assist with credit-related administrative tasks.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Customer service experience required; experience in credit and collections preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong organization, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to handle a high volume of tasks independently.
• Familiarity with lien releases and construction-related practices is strongly preferred.
• Experience with Solar Eclipse ERP system is a plus.
• Ability to sit for extended periods and perform computer-based work efficiently.
