A Taste of What You'll Do Join our dynamic team as a Reliability Maintenance Manager, where you'll lead the charge in enhancing the reliability of our plant operations. We are looking for a strategic thinker who is passionate about optimizing asset reliability and maintenance processes while promoting a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. You will have the opportunity to spearhead critical programs like Predictive Maintenance and Reliability Centered Maintenance, ensuring our operations run smoothly and efficiently at the highest quality standards. In this role, you will develop and implement cutting-edge maintenance strategies, including TPM, traceability, lubrication, and predictive technologies such as vibrational analysis and thermal imaging. Your expertise in using CMMS to prevent equipment failures and analyze downtime trends will be invaluable in driving our mission of minimizing risks and maximizing asset functionality. Collaborating with cross-functional teams and unionized employees, you will lead the charge in overcoming challenges and implementing proactive maintenance schedules.
