We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our leadership team as a Nurse Case Manager and Alternate Director of Nursing. This role combines clinical expertise with operational leadership, offering the opportunity to directly influence patient outcomes and mentor a dedicated care team. As the Nurse Case Manager/Alt. DON, you will design individualized care plans, oversee nursing and aide staff, and ensure delivery of exceptional in-home care. You will balance field-based engagement with staff and clients alongside administrative leadership, including case management, staff training, and regulatory compliance. This position is ideal for a motivated RN who thrives in a collaborative environment and is committed to advancing both patient care and professional standards.
