As a Senior Director in our Customer Analytics & Reporting team, you will lead a transformative service that empowers our customers and internal stakeholders with actionable insights, strategic analytics, and seamless reporting capabilities. Current Need We are seeking a visionary and execution-focused leader to manage the Customer Analytics & Reporting Service. This role will oversee the delivery of customer-facing reports, AI-powered analytics, and self-service data products that support strategic decision-making across McKesson's distribution segments. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in data strategy, software development, and service management, with a strong orientation toward innovation, compliance, and operational excellence. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Typically requires 15+ years of professional experience in data analytics, software development, or enterprise data platforms, and 5+ years of senior leadership or management experience overseeing large-scale, customer-facing services.
