Summary:

The Telehealth Product Manager will develop and execute comprehensive product vision, strategy, and roadmaps for MaineHealth's telehealth programs while managing new product development initiatives from ideation through launch. This role involves collaborating cross-functionally with clinical, IT, operations, marketing, and analytics teams to deliver scalable solutions that create meaningful impact for patients across Maine's largest healthcare system. Key responsibilities include leading product requirements gathering sessions with subject matter experts and vendors, maintaining product backlogs, and making strategic decisions about resource allocation and feature prioritization. The position requires coordinating feature rollouts with comprehensive documentation while establishing processes to continuously collect and analyze user feedback throughout the product lifecycle. Success in this role depends on breaking down roadmaps into manageable increments, monitoring post-release performance, and partnering closely with operations teams to validate concepts and ensure market adoption.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

  1. Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field preferred.
  2. License/Certifications: N/A
  3. Experience: Two years of progressive experience in product management development required. Experience in vendor management required. Experience in patient and provider UI/UX for telehealth and virtual care technologies required.
