Sr. Associate, Digital Product Management - US Surgical

As a Sr. Associate, Digital Product Management supporting US Surgical Digital Health Team, you will be trusted to provide customer support for all Adi digital products across the US, focusing on the customer experience, process mapping, onboarding, training and adoption. This associate will also partner and support Alcon market subject matter experts with release management, training, and enhancements. Learning and technical agility are foundational to this role, giving to the ever-evolving nature of digital products. The associate will work with the Adi Commercial Enablement, US Field Sales, US Surgical Marketing and Global Digital Health and other strategic partners to improve our digital presence.

In this role, a typical day will include:

• Managing onboarding new customers to Adi digital modules, including technical set up as Adi Super User
• Customer workflow optimization to implement more efficiencies with Adi tools
• Conducting training and aide with training content creation
• Executing release management
• Partnering with Adi level 2 technical support with live markets
• Supporting enhancement prioritization.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO ALCON:

• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school+10 yrs; Assoc.+6 yrs; M.S.+0 yrs)
• 2 years of relevant experience
• The ability to fluently read, write, understand, and communicate in English.
• Travel requirements: 25 - 30% Domestic

• Position is on-site in Ft. Worth, Texas
