Responsibilities Own project delivery from mid-stage development through launch and into live service and ultimately into a platform for future work, managing the roadmap, schedule, and key milestones.Coordinate and direct a cross-functional dedicated team of developers, designers, artists, and marketers, fostering a culture of collaboration, decisiveness and accountability.Work collaboratively with Senior Stakeholders in the MCG (Microsoft Casual Games) organization to create, clarity, build consensus and drive decisionsBring rigorous process to R&D and Iteration on the title to rapidly prove-out key features.Partner with engineering to shape the services and shared capabilities building toward a reusable platform for multiple titles.Navigate and unblock multilayered compliance and launch readiness (privacy, security, accessibility, content ratings, store policies, localization, legal) as the singlethreaded owner for a smooth path to market.Communicate with clarity and urgency, providing regular proactive updates on project status, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders and executive leadership.Manage the creation of a platform and set of services to support future games. Optimize production pipelines to improve efficiency, reduce friction, and ensure predictable, quality releases.Embody our Culture & Values |
