Minimum to Midpoint Pay Rate:$27.57 - $35.84 / hour

What Youll Do:

• Provide compassionate counseling and support to patients and their loved ones

• Help families adjust to the emotional and social impact of illness

• Coordinate care through assessments, referrals, and interdisciplinary planning

• Connect patients with vital community resources and support systems

• Empower individuals to take an active role in their health and well-being

• Receive clinical supervision hours toward licensure while making a real impact

At least 1 year clinical experience in medical or healthcare setting.

Communication and interpersonal skills, basic computer, analytical, grammar and spelling skills. Ability to effectively multi-task and prioritize responsibilities.
