Pay & Shifts

• Pay: $21+ per hour (depending on experience)
• 2nd Shift: Monday - Friday | 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• 3rd Shift: Sunday - Thursday | 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM

What You'll Do

• Set up, program, and operate tube machining equipment (RTTS & aluminum tube machines)
• Read and follow blueprints, work orders, and safety protocols
• Inspect finished parts and perform light machine maintenance
• Maintain accurate job documentation and production tracking
• Assist with training new operators and support team production needs
• Follow all PPE and safety requirements to ensure a safe workplace

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED
• 1+ year of manufacturing or machine operation experience
• Ability to read blueprints and use calipers, micrometers, and tape measures
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in warm conditions
• Reliable attendance and teamwork mindset
• Basic computer skills (ERP system experience like Epicor is a plus)
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing is a bonus
