Hours & Pay

Shift: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM (occasionally 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM); some Saturdays as needed.

Pay Rate: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour, based on experience.

Employment Type: Temp-to-hire.

What You'll Do Each Day

• Operate a power shear to cut metal to customer specifications.
• Measure materials accurately using a tape measure, caliper, or templates.
• Pack cut materials into drums for shipment.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures.
• Maintain a clean and orderly workspace.

What We're Looking For

• Previous machine operation experience, preferably in metal fabrication.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Comfortable standing for at least 8 hours per shift with frequent bending, pushing, and pulling.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to safety and accuracy.
• Team-oriented with a willingness to learn and grow in a manufacturing setting.
