Utility Worker

• Follow safety rules and OSHA regulations while maintaining clean, organized work areas.
• Feed/catch products on equipment, inspect quality, and package items for WIP or final shipping.
• Assist in forming parts, building assemblies, and performing hand or table work as needed.
• Complete production orders, machine logs, and quality checks per procedures.
• Rework or salvage products and perform other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or GED required; manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write, do basic math, and switch between tasks as needed.
• Strong focus on quality, reasoning, and communication in a team environment.
• Comfortable working independently or collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.
