Schedule: 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday Key Responsibilities: Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits Support recruitment activities including job postings, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires Assist in implementing and maintaining HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations Manage employee records and maintain HRIS data with accuracy and confidentiality Coordinate employee engagement activities and company-wide communications Support performance review cycles and training initiatives Assist with payroll and benefits administration as needed Handle employee relations matters with professionalism and discretion Participate in HR projects and initiatives to enhance organizational culture and efficiency Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field 2-4 years of experience in an HR Generalist or HR Coordinator role Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems (e.g., ADP, BambooHR, Workday) Ability to handle sensitive matters with integrity and discretion PHR or SHRM-CP certification is a plus We offer medical, dental, and vision insurance, life and disability insurance, weekly pay, 401k options, referral bonus potential, employee discount programs, unmatched professional development, and more!
