Pay Rate: $38 - $45/hr.

Schedule: 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday

Key Responsibilities:



  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits
  • Support recruitment activities including job postings, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires
  • Assist in implementing and maintaining HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
  • Manage employee records and maintain HRIS data with accuracy and confidentiality
  • Coordinate employee engagement activities and company-wide communications
  • Support performance review cycles and training initiatives
  • Assist with payroll and benefits administration as needed
  • Handle employee relations matters with professionalism and discretion
  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives to enhance organizational culture and efficiency




Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2-4 years of experience in an HR Generalist or HR Coordinator role
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems (e.g., ADP, BambooHR, Workday)
  • Ability to handle sensitive matters with integrity and discretion
  • PHR or SHRM-CP certification is a plus
