Position Summary The Salvation Army Duluth Corps provides case management, staffing, and life skills programming to Plover Place, a 24-unit permanent supportive housing program for single adults experiencing homelessness or at risk of homelessness. The Case Manager is responsible for providing a full range of case management services to the residents. 319 W Palm St, Duluth, MN 55811 $20 to $22.50/hr 40 hours/week (and as needed) Essential Functions (approximate time spent)
- Provide long-term strength-based, person-centered holistic case management. (60%)
- Coordinate services for participants with collaborative agencies. (15%)
- Assist with program fiscal responsibility including budgeting, grant spending, and billings. (15%)
- Maintain up-to-date, accurate participant information in casefiles and through database entry. (5%)
- Engage in internal and external activities/meetings to promote and further The Salvation Army's goals and objectives. (5%)
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Instead of a degree, education, and experience may be considered.
- If the degree is in social work, must be licensed by the state board.
- Experience working in a social service setting conducting long-term case management preferred Must pass background checks, possess a valid driver's license, and meet MVR requirements.
- Must have at least one year of experience with the target population served.

Supervisory Responsibilities None. Travel/Driving Requirements Drive agency vehicles locally to facilitate case management services.
