Dean, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Talent Management Coordinator to support the delivery of enterprise-wide talent management programs. As part of the Talent Management team, this entry-level role plays a critical role in coordinating training logistics, tracking participation, supporting employee development needs, and ensuring a smooth experience across learning and performance-related initiatives. Reporting to the Talent Management Manager, the Coordinator will provide administrative, scheduling, and system support to enable the effective rollout of career development, learning, and performance programs. This position offers the opportunity to build foundational experience in talent management and grow into broader responsibilities within the Talent Management function. This position is based at M.C. Dean's headquarters in Tysons, Virginia, and is expected to be performed on-site during standard business hours. Responsibilities
