Position Title: Financial Analyst Work Location: North Chicago, Illinois, 60064 Assignment Duration: 6 months - based on performance and business needs Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8.5 hours shift (Start time latest is 8:30am) Work Arrangement: Hybrid - Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday in office Position Summary: The Financial Analyst I will support payment processes for external consultant engagements. Background & Context: Business need, contractor replacement. Key Responsibilities: Perform financial review of payment requests, ensuring completeness and accuracy of documentation and ensure alignment to compliance requirements. Possess a broad understanding of payment methods across the organization (e.g., PO, ACR, etc.). Ensure accurate transparency reporting. Requisition purchase orders for HCP spend. Communicate payment timeline issues to business owners. Closeout meeting activities ensuring compliance requirements. Resolve payment and reporting issues. Identify process improvement initiatives. Ensure compliance with applicable Corporate and Divisional policies, processes, and procedures. Qualification & Experience: Bachelors Degree in Finance or Accounting with 3 to 5 years relevant experience preferred. Previous experience with invoice reconciliation. Professional customer service. Good oral and written communication skills. Attention to detail.
