The Category Director (Feed & Seed) is a strategic leader responsible for driving the growth, innovation, and market presence of PRADCOOutdoor Products Divison's Feed & Seed brands-Whitetail Institute and Ani-Logics Outdoors. This role oversees product management, marketing execution, and customer engagement, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and consumer needs. The ideal candidate will be a cross-functional collaborator, working closely with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Executive Leadership to deliver results and elevate brand performance.
