The Opportunity

We are seeking an accomplished and visionary Senior Market Leader with a proven track record in leading transformative water and environmental infrastructure programs.

What You'll Do



  • Serve as Principal-in-Charge on high-profile, complex infrastructure projects.
  • Develop and execute market expansion strategies, including pursuit planning, client engagement, and positioning for emerging opportunities.
  • Drive strategic growth initiatives, including talent acquisition and leadership alignment to support long-term business goals.
  • Lead large, multidisciplinary teams through all phases of project delivery, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and technical excellence.
  • Manage portfolios exceeding $100 million, ensuring financial performance, client satisfaction, and business development success.
  • Engage extensively with executive-level public agency personnel, including city, county, state, and federal administrators.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with state and federal agencies, regional municipalities, and private utilities, ensuring compliance with regulatory, funding, and permitting frameworks.



What We Expect from You



  • 20+ years of progressive experience in water resources, watershed management, and water infrastructure, with demonstrated leadership across public and private sectors.
  • Advanced degree in engineering or business (MS, MBA) and Professional Engineer (PE) licensure.
  • Recognized as an industry thought leader with a reputation for innovation, integrity, and impact in the water and environmental sectors.
  • Outstanding client-facing communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior agency leaders and decision-makers.
  • Demonstrated success managing complex infrastructure programs and driving strategic business growth.
  • Extensive experience in the Los Angeles region is preferred.
  • Must have authorization to work permanently in the U.S.

Additional Opportunity Details:
Target Base Compensation Range for this role is $155,000 - $210,300
* Factors that may be used to determine your actual salary include your job-specific skills, education, training, job location, number of years of experience related to this role and comparison to other employees already in this role.

This position will be posted for a minimum of 3 days and will continue to be posted for an average of 60 days until a qualified applicant is selected or the position has been cancelled.
