As the Group Product Manager, you will lead and manage a team that actively engages with customers to gain a deep understanding of their needs to identify opportunities to significantly improve their experiences with our solutions. Candidates for this position must possess the drive and passion to own all aspects of the product and translate that passion into meaningful results for eMoney and our customers.
In this role, you will lead a team of product managers, product owners and designers and work cross-functionally to guide products from ideation to launch by connecting the needs of our users to the broad set of capabilities eMoney has to offer. You will routinely be called upon to break down complex problems into steps that drive continuous product development.

Our team works closely with creative engineers, designers, marketers, and sales professionals to help design and develop technologies that help improve peoples' lives. We're responsible for guiding products throughout the execution cycle, focusing specifically on analyzing, positioning, packaging, promoting, and tailoring our solutions to the evolving needs of our users and fast-changing market landscape.
Job Responsibilities
  • Build, lead, and manage a high performing team
  • Own and actively communicate a strategic vision and roadmap for assigned products
  • Maximize the profitability and adoption of your product
  • Develop strong relationships with customers, prospects, and vendors to understand and validate their evolving business needs and gather data to enhance your product
  • Partner with sales as needed to help secure new business
  • Collaborate with internal teams on competitive positioning and market development
  • Oversee product launch plans and go to market strategy in collaboration with product marketing
  • Establish and lead focus groups with key customers and partners
  • Lead the development of detailed business plans, product strategy, tactical roadmaps and high-level requirements that align with, and support attainment of, company objectives
  • Manage the product lifecycle of your products from concept to launch to retirement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
  • 7+ years of domain experience delivering B2C SaaS-based planning solutions or other relevant financial services experience
  • 5+ years of Product Management experience working in an agile delivery environment, preferably in the financial services/fintech industry
  • 3+ years of direct/indirect people management experience

  • Technically savvy, able to work with development and design team members
The salary range for this position is $158,000 - $188,000; commensurate salary to be determined based on skills, professional background and expertise. This position is also eligible, pursuant to applicable eMoney policies, for the annual bonus program, retirement contributions, health insurance, sick leave, parental leave and paid time off.
