Job Summary

The Senior Vice President (SVP) of Business Development is a pivotal executive leader responsible for driving the organization's growth strategy, overseeing strategic partnerships, and spearheading revenue-generating initiatives. The SVP of Business Development will be responsible for developing and maintaining strategic alliances with key large load customers including hyperscale and colo-data centers, EPCs and Power generation OEMs. This role demands visionary thinking, exceptional commercial acumen, and the ability to cultivate opportunities in highly competitive and dynamic markets. The SVP of Business Development collaborates across departments to align business objectives with long-term organizational goals, ensuring sustainable success and market leadership.

Key Responsibilities

* Strategic Planning and Growth Initiatives and multi year growth plans

* Develop, refine, and execute the business development strategy in alignment with the company's vision and strategic goals.

* Identify emerging markets, new business opportunities, and innovative revenue streams.

* Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to inform decision-making and prioritize growth areas.

* Lead the preparation of business cases, including financial modeling and risk analysis for potential ventures.

* Oversee the implementation of strategic projects, ensuring milestones and KPIs are met.

Required Education & Experience

Bachelor's Degree:Engineering or Business

15+ Years of Experience:Sales/Business Development/Key Account Management

Preferred Education & Experience

Master's Degree:Engineering/Business Administration
