WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU:



  • Estimated Salary: $95,000 - $115,000, plus annual bonus opportunity.
  • 401(k) plan with a 2% company contribution and 6% company match.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:




  • Drive Strategic Project Execution: Lead cross-functional teams through the full project lifecycle, ensuring initiatives align with enterprise priorities and deliver measurable business value.






  • Apply Adaptive Project Methodologies: Utilize Agile SAFe as the primary framework, with flexibility to incorporate Waterfall principles when appropriate, tailoring approaches to fit project complexity and stakeholder needs.






  • Facilitate Team Coordination and Issue Resolution: Oversee daily operations, prioritize tasks, remove roadblocks, and proactively manage risks and issues to maintain momentum and quality across initiatives.






  • Engage and Align Stakeholders: Communicate effectively across all organizational levels, fostering transparency, clarity, and informed decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.






  • Lead Governance and Vendor Management: Manage strategic sourcing, vendor relationships, and contract compliance, ensuring performance standards and risk mitigation align with corporate, legal, and regulatory requirements.





WHAT YOU'LL BRING:




  • 2 or more years of project/program management experience.






  • 2 or more years of experience managing vendors within technology projects and functions.






  • Vendor management leadership experience, with experience in strategic sourcing practices, vendor dashboards, vendor negotiations, strategic cost reduction initiatives, and vendor quality turnaround.






  • Knowledge of project management best practices and Agile/Scrum methodologies.






  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills, coupled with effective communication and conflict-resolution skills.



  • You promote a culture of diversity and inclusion, value different ideas and opinions, and listen courageously, remaining curious in all that you do.





  • Able to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection and located in the United States or Puerto Rico.



PREFERRED:




  • Bachelors degree in a related field of study, such as Business Administration or Management Information Systems.






  • Experience implementing regular reviews and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and outcomes.
