WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU:
- Estimated Salary: $95,000 - $115,000, plus annual bonus opportunity.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Apply Adaptive Project Methodologies: Utilize Agile SAFe as the primary framework, with flexibility to incorporate Waterfall principles when appropriate, tailoring approaches to fit project complexity and stakeholder needs.
Facilitate Team Coordination and Issue Resolution: Oversee daily operations, prioritize tasks, remove roadblocks, and proactively manage risks and issues to maintain momentum and quality across initiatives.
Engage and Align Stakeholders: Communicate effectively across all organizational levels, fostering transparency, clarity, and informed decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.
Lead Governance and Vendor Management: Manage strategic sourcing, vendor relationships, and contract compliance, ensuring performance standards and risk mitigation align with corporate, legal, and regulatory requirements.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
Vendor management leadership experience, with experience in strategic sourcing practices, vendor dashboards, vendor negotiations, strategic cost reduction initiatives, and vendor quality turnaround.
Strong facilitation and presentation skills, coupled with effective communication and conflict-resolution skills.
