Project Manager II

Assists in the development and implementation of work packages and Task Orders.
• May provide direction and input on projects from design development stage through construction.
• Ensures Designers and Contractors are meeting CEQA/NEPA and/or Entitlement requirements.
• Assists in facilitating coordination with other divisions and regulatory agencies (Planning, FAA, TSA, AQMD, SHPO, EPA, etc.) as appropriate.
• Assist in implementing messaging plan, notices, contingency planning and other tasks as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Aviation, Business, Engineering, Construction Management, Planning or other related technical field required. Master's degree preferred.
• 10 years or more experience, preferably on airport projects.
• Experience with projects more than $50 million in value.
• Experience with various delivery methods, including Design-Bid-Build, Design+CMAR and Design/Build.
• Proven ability to perform in a management capacity.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills and a thorough knowledge of industry practices and regulations.
• Familiarity with digital content management systems and other airport IT systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and BluebeamAbility to work in CAD or REVIT preferred.
• Optional certifications may include AAAE, LEED, PE, PMP, AICP, etc. or any other relevant professional license or certifications.

Offered rate of compensation will be based on a variety of non-discriminatory factors, including education, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. The Salary range for this position is $130,000.00-$145,500.00.
