Team Lead - E-Coat - 1st Shift

If you are driven to succeed with a passion for the professional growth and development of others, our employee-focused company may have the right opportunity for you. ACI is looking for a Team Lead - E-Coat on 1st shift at our Oshkosh, WI facility.

Responsibilities:

• Oversees and gives direction to the Hanger/Packers for our small parts work cells.
• Coordinate with other departments to determine production needs for the day.
• Stages schedules for racking or for respective line with the daily painting requirements.
• Hangs parts in accordance with proper methods and colors to ensure ease of painting.
• Performs necessary identification and paperwork in connection with packing of completed painting processes for shipping.
• Visually checks parts for defects/craftsmanship prior to packing.
• Accurately documents all physical inventory movements.
• Completes correct computer entries for all inventory transactions.
• Approves timecards weekly.
• Assists with employee disciplines and enforces all company rules and policies.
• Coordinates with scheduling daily and communicates with Customer Service and other Team Leads to ensure products get completed on time.
• Completes performance reviews throughout the year.
• Practices safe and alert material handling.
• Cleans work area at the end of each shift.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is required.
• Position requires basic math, reading and writing skills.
• Basic email, computer knowledge and keyboarding skill required for communication.
