Position Summary:

Sikich is seeking a solution architect for our growing NetSuite practice. This position requires a deep understanding of business processes and the ability to translate business requirements into project scope and budgetary estimates. This role also requires the ability to build a NetSuite environment for the purpose of providing solution presentations to prospects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in solution architecture, a solid understanding of industry trends, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment

What will you do in this role?

  • Requirements Gathering and Analysis:
    • Partner with sales executives to understand client business needs, challenges, and goals.
    • Conduct discovery sessions and workshops to gather detailed business requirements and identify pain points.
    • Act as a trusted advisor to potential clients, guiding them in understanding how NetSuite can address their specific needs.
  • Solution Design and Demonstration:
    • Develop and deliver tailored NetSuite demonstrations and presentations that showcase the platform's capabilities and address specific client requirements.
    • Configure NetSuite demonstrations to highlight relevant features and functionalities for various industries and business scenarios.
    • Articulate the value and benefits of NetSuite solutions clearly and persuasively, both verbally and in writing.
  • Proposal Development and Scoping:
    • Collaborate with sales and delivery teams to define the scope of NetSuite implementations, including estimations of effort, resources, and timelines.
    • Contribute to the creation of detailed proposals, statements of work (SOWs), and other sales documentation.
    • Ensure proposals align with client needs, showcase the value of NetSuite, and set accurate expectations for project delivery.
  • Technical and Industry Expertise:
    • Maintain an expert-level understanding of NetSuite's various modules and functionalities (e.g., Financials, CRM, Inventory, Supply Chain, Manufacturing).
    • Possess a strong understanding of business processes in relevant industries, such as manufacturing, wholesale distribution, retail, or professional services.
    • Stay abreast of NetSuite's roadmap and new features, as well as industry trends and best practices.
  • Sales Process Support:
    • Participate in pre-sales meetings, calls, and presentations with potential clients and stakeholders.
    • Respond effectively to requests for information (RFIs) and requests for proposals (RFPs).
    • Effectively transition closed deals to the delivery team, ensuring a smooth handover and client satisfaction.

What do you need to succeed in this role?

  • 3+ years of experience demonstrating NetSuite software
  • 3+ years of NetSuite consulting experience with a broad knowledge of NetSuite
  • 3+ years of solution based selling experience in a business-to-business environment
  • Working knowledge of NetSuite is preferred, but will consider experience with other mid-market ERP solutions
  • Ability to work with a wide range of client industries and level of employees
  • Prior experience with MEDDICC a plus

In compliance with this state's pay transparency laws, the midpoint of the salary range for this role is $140,000. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
