What You Will Do:

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project progress and proactively manage risks, issues, and changes to scope.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders and subject matter experts.
• Translate business needs into clear, actionable project objectives and deliverables.
• Facilitate requirements workshops, interviews, and focus groups as needed.
• Assist in developing business cases and defining project scope.
• Support solution design by ensuring requirements are understood and addressed by technical teams.
• Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate solutions against requirements.

What You Bring:

• MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience working in both waterfall and agile environments
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Team-oriented, detail-oriented
• Ability to organize, prioritize and multi-task
• Strong customer service skills.

Pay Range: $71,000 - $107,000/YR
