About the Team:

We architect, prototype, and validate key electronics subsystems that enable nextgeneration products. We partner closely with design, mechanical, software, and systems engineering to deliver reliable, highperformance solutions at production scale.

About the Role:

We're seeking an Electronics Subsystem Engineer to lead the design, development, and validation of a complex module from architecture through bringup and launch. You'll define controller and interconnect requirements, collaborate with suppliers on flexible interconnect design, and ensure robust systemlevel integration. You will own electrical validation, power and timing optimization, and crosssystem compatibility throughout the product lifecycle.

In this role, you will:

  • Define subsystem requirements and guide controller IC and interconnect specifications in partnership with crossfunctional teams and suppliers.

  • Own electrical validation of the module, including feature verification, timing control, and power sequencing.

  • Characterize and optimize power consumption to meet systemlevel efficiency targets.

  • Evaluate and mitigate interference and noise between the module and the broader system.

  • Lead lab bringup, debug, and rootcause analysis of modulerelated issues.

  • Collaborate with mechanical, systems, and software partners to ensure seamless integration.

  • Establish best practices for electrical validation, design reviews, and program milestones.

  • Support supplier engagement and provide technical leadership in module design discussions.

You might thrive in this role if you:

  • Have extensive experience designing and validating electronics subsystems in production environments.

  • Are deeply knowledgeable in controller, timing, power optimization, and interface fundamentals.

  • Bring strong expertise in flexible interconnect design, supplier collaboration, and systemlevel integration.

  • Are proficient with schematic capture and PCB/interconnect design tools, and comfortable leading complex crossfunctional builds.

  • Excel in labbased validation and debug, with a track record of rootcause analysis across module/system interactions.

  • Understand and can optimize systemlevel tradeoffs spanning performance, power, thermal, and EMI/EMC.

  • Enjoy leading supplier engagements and setting high technical standards for design and validation.
