Occupational Summary The Quad Advisor is a professional academic advisor supporting the success and engagement of first- and second-year students in Trinity College of Arts & Sciences. Assigned to a residential quad, the advisor provides proactive guidance on curriculum planning, academic policies, and institutional resources. The Quad Advisor plays a key role in helping students build a strong academic foundation while fostering a sense of belonging within the residential and academic community. This position reports to a Senior Quad Advisor and works closely with faculty, deans, and campus partners to provide integrated academic support and programming. Duke University provides an annual base salary range for this position as USD $59,829 to USD $88,740.00.
