As the Program Services Representative, you will greet and direct customers to the ARIZONA@WORK - Maricopa County Workforce Services. This program is funded by the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) to assist customers in entering or re-entering education and the workforce. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about helping others achieve their educational and employment goals. NOTE: This position has a Monday - Thursday, 8am - 7pm schedule (4x10) with Fridays off About Us The Workforce Development Division is part of the statewide workforce development network, ARIZONA@WORK. We provide services that benefit both employers and job seekers throughout Maricopa County. For our employment partners, we provide services such as recruiting, developing, and retaining the best employees for their needs. Our team provides job seeker services and resources to pursue educational and employment opportunities. By developing our state's workforce and matching employers with job seekers, we strengthen Maricopa County's and Arizona's economy. The Maricopa County Human Services Department (HSD) builds resiliency in the community and promotes the well-being of County residents experiencing adversity through a variety of programs and services to help people and families thrive. These opportunities include early childhood education, housing, homeownership, independent living services for seniors and adults with disabilities, career development for job seekers with barriers to employment, crisis rental and utility assistance, and support for people experiencing homelessness.
