  • Direct systems development, engineering, integration, and testing of complex hardware/software systems, including requirements elicitation, functional allocation, CONOPS development, system architecture, and technical assessments.

  • Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.

Additional Desired Qualifications:

  • Recognized Subject Matter Expert (SME) in cloud-based data flows and data storage architectures.

  • Experience providing senior-level briefings and recommendations to leadership on system status, data ingest strategies, and storage optimizations.

  • Knowledge of compliant data storage, data integrity, and legacy data migration to modern architectures while reducing redundancies.

  • Hands-on experience with large-scale data discovery, preservation, and cleanup using custom tools/scripts across millions or billions of records.

  • Experience providing Agile SE/Scrum Master support, including leading ceremonies, managing tickets, and coordinating solutions with developers.

  • Proven ability to support Transition & Decommissioning activities, historical data migrations, and incident/data investigations.
