Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

Global Training & Education Strategy

• Lead the development and execution of global professional education and training programs aligned with BMT's strategic objectives.
• Design and implement peer-to-peer training programs across coronary and structural heart product solutions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Clinical, R&D, Regulatory, and Marketing to ensure educational content supports product adoption and customer success.

Clinical & Product Champion

• Serve as a liaison between education and key business functions to resolve product-related issues and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Contribute to product development insights and commercial strategy through the lens of education and training.

KOL Engagement & Scientific Congresses

• Build and maintain strong relationships with global Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to enhance podium presence and educational influence.
• Shape and execute the global scientific congress strategy, including event planning, speaker engagement, and content development.

Content Development & Clinical Communication

• Develop and manage educational materials and programs for experienced physicians, fellows, and allied health professionals.
• Monitor and disseminate relevant clinical data to global commercial teams to support evidence-based education and messaging.
• Apply project management best practices to ensure timely and budget-conscious delivery of education initiatives. Track and report on program effectiveness.

Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities):

Minimum

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific, clinical, or business-related field.
• 10+ years of experience spanning Clinical, R&D, Marketing, Sales, and Education in the medical device industry.
• Proven ability to deliver effective training to diverse audiences in both large and small settings.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of med tech product development and commercialization.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% globally.

Preferred:

• Experience in Interventional Cardiology and/or Radiology.
• Hands-on experience in Cath Lab and/or IR Suite environments.
• Background in sales and marketing within medical device growth markets.
• Cultural fluency and experience working with global KOLs and healthcare systems.

*Estimated Starting Salary Range is reflective of the range Bracco Medical Technologies reasonably expects to pay for the position. The range provided is based on salary and market data specific to the position.
