PURPOSE:
We are seeking a visionary and results-driven
Global Logistics & Warehouse Director to join our Global Supply Chain team. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Global Supply Chain, this role will lead global warehouse operations, logistics execution, and process standardization across our network. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in greenfield facility development, multi-site leadership, and operational excellence.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Global Standardization and Synergies:
- Drive network-wide standardization of warehouse processes, tools, metrics and systems, in alignment with global logistics strategies.
- Identify and implement best practices and synergies across global locations to optimize cost, quality, and service levels.
- Drive automation and digital solutions to increase efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
- Embed lean principles and a continuous improvement mindset across all warehouse functions.
Multi-Site Operations Leadership:
- Provide strategic and operational leadership across multiple warehouse sites across the globe, ensuring consistency, compliance and high performance.
- Establish and monitor key KPI's for safety, inventory accuracy, shipping/receiving throughput, labor productivity, and cost efficiency.
- Lead warehouse managers and regional logistics teams with a focus on talent development, training, and succession planning.
Warehouse Startup & Facility Build-Out
- Lead the end-to-end development of a new warehouse facility, including layout design, equipment selection, racking, system integration, staffing, and operational launch.
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and vendor relationships to ensure on-time, within budget delivery.
- Integrate safety, compliance, and scalability into warehouse design.
- Use new facilities as benchmarks for global standardization.
Leadership and Team Development:
- Build and lead a high-performing warehouse and logistics team, including site managers and regional leaders.
- Provide visionary leadership and strategic direction to the global logistics team, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and accountability.
- Develop and mentor a high-performing team, nurturing talent and building capabilities to support FormFactor's growth and operational goals.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional leaders to drive company-wide initiatives and achieve business objectives.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or related field. MBA preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in warehouse and logistics leadership, including greenfield startup.
- Proven track record in multi-site warehouse management and process standardization.
- Experience with automation and scalable logistics solutions.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Willingness to travel as required.
The pay range for this role in Dallas, TX is between $155,900 and $204,645. The pay range may differ in other locations. FormFactor maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in education, training, skills, relevant work experience, business needs and market demands. Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
